So what's up with the server?
I never see anyone online and playing alone sucks. ):

Also did the quests, Eclipse was working on, ever get added. I've seen advertisement threads on rsps community sites, where it says the server has quests and there's even pictures, but I've never seen the quest guy in game.

The community has fallen as I can't actually advertise anymore without internet. You can find the quest guy "Salik" in Varrock, at the fountain nearer to the East bank.
